International Cultural Festival

Towards the end of Term 4, Amesbury School will be staging a cultural festival to celebrate the many amazingly diverse cultures that are represented in our school and wider community. Festival events that have been suggested so far include students, whanau and Churton Park community members performing cultural dances, holding evening master classes for different cuisines and an International Gala for Saturday 1st December.
To ensure the day is memorable and runs smoothly we are hoping to organise a planning committee. Ideally, the committee will meet to finalise ideas and establish logistics for the activities and performances during this special week.

If you are dynamic, energetic, have a 'can-do' attitude and want to play a part in making the first Annual Amesbury International Festival an event that will go down in history, please email Crisanna (crisanna.nel@amesbury.school.nz) before Friday 17th August.

She would also LOVE to hear from you if you can offer your time/ cultural expertise in some way.

We can't wait!!

Nga mihi

Crisanna
