A note from Kimberly Dear Parents/Caregivers On Tuesday the 19th 8:30-9:30am 2:30-5:00pm and Wednesday the 20th of November 8:30am- 7:00 our school (Amesbury School) is having a scholastic book fair. Please consider coming and help fundraise for our school. You can pay with cheque or credit card also money for the books and posters. You or your child can dress up science fiction for our theme of the book fair or come in your pajamas and snuggle up and listen to a story. You could purchase books for christmas gifts and birthday presents. Bring anyone who is interested to come. You can come any time before it opens. A note from Angela Kia ora whanau! Next week is our Scholastic Book Fair. It is a great way to get some christmas presents under the tree early and to fundraise for school. As Kimberly mentioned above you can come on Tuesday or Wednesday, before or after school to preview and puchase books or posters. Luke Woodcock will be coming to the library to read to children (and families). He currently plays cricket for Wellington Firebirds and represented NZ in the 2011 Cricket World Cup. He will be visiting after school on Wednesday while the book fair is open. The time is to be confirmed. The library elective children have planned the book fair this year. They have selected science / science fiction as the theme. On Wednesday children are invited to dress up for the day, and come to the fair after school dressed up. Alternatively children can come after school in pyjamas and snuggle up and read. Looking forward to seeing you there! From the Library Elective Team
