** These Girls mean Business **
The girls are back for 2014! The next event is on Monday 10 February at 10.30am at the Churton Park Community Centre, $5. It will be a relaxed networking/morning tea/open forum session. To get the discussion started, think about this: if your business had a theme song, what would it be? It can be any song from any era or genre. But don’t worry – you won’t be made to sing it (unless you want to, of course!). Let’s have some fun and think about our businesses creatively. Thinking about what you do in a different light can trigger new ideas. You can follow them on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/pages/These-Girls-Mean-Business/397888656983428?fref=ts
** Zumba Gold® **
Joy’s super-fun Zumba Gold® classes provide modified, low impact moves in a dance fitness-class for active older adults.  Maintain and improve functional fitness, balance, stamina and mind - body connection all while having a great time!!  At $5 a session, it’s one of the most reasonably priced classes around. Friday’s 1 – 2pm.
** Quest 4 Wellness February Seminar **
Tuesday 11th February, 7.30 for a 7.45 start. Dr Gloria Hettige , Chartered Natural Medicine Practitioner with over eight years experience will be sharing on:  Advances in common digestive disorder treatments.
  •            What are common digestive disorders
  •            What causes them
  •            Latest recommended healthy guidelines for overcoming them.

** Churton Park Photo Club **
Starts 7:30pm on the 18th of February. Bring a USB stick with some of your favourite past images. We will also be working out what we will be covering over the next few months. The Churton Park Photo Club will share images, have open discussions about getting the best out of your photos and facilitate your development as a photographer. Hosted by an experienced commercial photographer, you will gain a strong awareness of your own taste and therefore fine tune your eye. Themed assignments each session will provide you with a fun new way to think about taking photos. The Club will meet on the third Tuesday of every month 7.30 – 9.30pm. There are still spaces available, so if you are interested in being involved, please contact cpcc@wcc.govt.nz
