Staff Baby Shower at Sweet Pea and Ka kite ano, Andrea

Knowing that the end of term is always frantic, Amaria organised the staff farewell and baby shower for Andrea, who is about to go on maternity leave at the end of this term, last Friday.

We had a very enjoyable High Tea at Sweet Pea in Petone. We were particularly taken by the knitted tea cosies that our teapots came out in (oh and the cute little milk bottles! See below). I had forgotten that such things existed! They kept the tea piping hot throughout the high tea. I am not really a tea drinker but I definitely enjoyed the peach tea I chose.

This BLOG Post is not intended to be an infomercial but I can highly recommend Sweet Pea for such an occasion. The whole experience was really enjoyable.
