You'll love your music lessons at Encore! School of Music!  We offer a variety of fantastic individual and group music classes for ALL AGES in various Wellington locations including Amesbury School and Johnsonville.
Our excellent teachers teach classes that include pre-school music, band, piano, keyboard, singing, guitar, drums, violin, clarinet, saxophone, flute, recorder and music theory.
We also offer private music lessons for Amesbury School students during SCHOOL HOURS at Amesbury School.

Best selling author Julia Donaldson in Wellington

Julia Donaldson, the popular best-selling author of The Gruffalo, A Squash and a Squeeze, Room on the Broom and many other children's favourites will be at The Children’s Bookshop in Kilbirnie Plaza
from 3pm to 3.30pm on Thursday February 12th to meet readers and sign books.
Julia will sign one favourite book you bring from home and any books purchased on the day. All welcome, no charge. 
Later, in an event for adults, she will speak about her life as a writer, outspoken children's literature advocate, and her time as the Children's Laureate 2011 -2013.

Kids, bring your nana, bring your granddad, bring your parents, bring your neighbours and cheer on Tommy as she follows the advice of her strangely wise grandmother to take the ancestral vorpal sword and vanquish the villains who have been stealing her neighbours’ iPods.
Khandallah Arts Theatre’s 15th play in the park is loosely based on Lewis Carroll’s famous nonsense poem. An amazing new adventure for the whole family.
How long: just under an hour
Cost: a gold coin donation from everybody would be very much appreciated.
