Survey - Out of School Care Programmes

Whether you currently do or don't use, anticipate, consider or might use, we need your input and feedback on our out of school care service...  

Since 2012 Kelly Club has been providing out of school care programmes at Amesbury School. As part of a formal review to ensure that a quality programme continues to be available and meets the needs of families in our community, a consultation/survey is being carried out.

We value the input from ALL families , regarding before school, after school, or school holiday programmes based on site at Amesbury School.

We appreciate that this is more likely to be a priority if you are currently using the before/after school, or school holiday programme, however we are also very interested in understanding if there are any needs not being met, or ways we can provide a service that interests families should circumstances arise.


There are just 20 quick response sections with 9 optional fields, so it should only take around 10-15 minutes to complete.
