Year 5 and 6 camp - update no 2

image

Yesterday the weather was overcast, but we didn't have any rain. At one point, the sun tried to peek through the clouds. Students enjoyed their four rotations yesterday.

  • Swimming - I heard Jack V was determined to stay in the pool for all of the allotted time and he achieved this.
  • Nature trail - Students enjoyed discovering the bush and other parts of camp.
  • Archery - A number of students (and adults) hit the bullseye. It was very exciting.
  • Gladiator - Students wore a harness and tried to get their opponent off the suspended beam. It was really fun to watch and there was a lot of cheering.
Another big hit yesterday was the Confidence Course. We didn't have enough time to get through all the students, but we will have more time today.
