Our highly international team of year fives took part in the Y5-6 Northern Zone hockey tournament at the national stadium in Newtown.
The sun shone, we showed great sportsmanship, and our team improved as the day went on, culminating in a devastatingly close 4-2 loss to Khandallah in our final game.The students were fantastic, particularly Aniska and Sante who led the way with their excellent goal-scoring abilities, ably backed by midfield dynamo George.
Thank you to all the parents who supported us with transport on the day - these events wouldn't happen without your help.
