Summary of information from BOT meeting
An e-meeting of the Board was held.
RECAPITATION
The recapitation revised application was submitted to the Ministry.
ERO REPORT
The ERO report has been made available to parents.
STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT DATA
Full reports will be presented to the next meeting of the Board.
PROPERTY:
Romaine Road entry is continuing as a work in progress with Wellington City Council.
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Health and safety policies are currently under review as part of the policy documentation review schedule.
The Board reviewed the risk assessment for the Year 5/6 camp venue given
the recent earthquakes. It was agreed at this stage to continue as
planned but to also prepare a Plan B location should this be necessary.
OTHER ISSUES
The Board also discussed a number of other issues which are under consideration including:
- BYOD

Software development
- Development of grounds (students will submit suggestion to the landscape architect)

Mobile squash courts (being investigated)
- Milk in Schools
