We have a fantastic team of music teachers available to provide group and individual lessons to your children. Peter De Blois is just starting this year and is a highly trained, skilled and experienced musician who is also a trained teacher. Julia (here last year) brings a wide range of musical and other skills to the team. Gus, an experienced drummer and teacher of drumming, will be teaching drumming, but is also an artist focusing on urban art and is also very techno. The students (especially the boys) will really enjoy having lessons with Gus.
We sent out an email last year to which quite a number of people responded. However, we forgot to include group guitar and we have added in a couple of other options.
In 2014 we are able to offer the following music lessons -
Group: singing, keyboard, basic guitar, violin, ukelele, drums, speech and drama, music theory, school band (experiencing the full variety of band instruments such as electric guitar, base, drums, singing etc.), musical theatre, dance, Barber Shop Quartet,
Individual: singing, keyboard, piano, guitar (provided by ENCORE), drums, violin, speech and drama, music theory.
Cost for 2014
Group - $7.00 per lesson
Individual - $29.50 per 30 mins
Please email back as soon as possible if you would like to request a place, if you haven't already done so - clearly stating your preferences. Students already receiving lessons will have first priority with individual lessons, but we expect there will be plenty of places available in group lessons. Please let us know whether you want a group lesson if an individual lesson is not available.
